Home Watch is a scheduled visual check of your home while you’re away. We look for signs of leaks, moisture, AC issues, storm damage, pests, or anything else that may need attention.
After each visit, we’ll keep you updated so you know what’s happening at your property. If we notice a problem, we’ll contact you right away and can help coordinate the next steps if needed.

We check the thermostat and indoor temperature to make sure the AC is running and the home stays within the expected range.
